Q: How to install ZLS winapp?

If you don't have .Net framwork1.1.

Step 1:
Download .Net framwork1.1 from www.microsoft.com and install it.

Step 2:
Click Setup.msi and follow up the prompts.

If you have  .Net framwork1.1, please directly click Setup.msi.

Q: How to run ZLS?

A: 1.Download ZLS from www.zenithlive.com

2.Install ZLS: Click "ZLS Setup.msi" and follow the prompts.

3.Click "Apply for a free account" from "Login"---> enter Your Email and Password registered on www.zenithlive.com---> sign in with user name("admin") and password("admin")

Note: Please change password after first login.

Q: How many versions of ZLS do you have?

A: Currently ZLS has the following versions:

Free Version:
May have 5 operators, but only 1 online operator. And this online operator can only receive one visitor at one time.

Basic Version:
May have 30 operators, but only 10 online operators. No limit to visitors to be received by one online operator at one time.

Advanced Version:
May have 200 operators, but only 100 online operators. No limit to visitors to be received by one online operator at one time.

Enterprise Version:
No limit to operator, online operators or visitors to be received by one online operator at one time. ...

A: ZLS support HTML,ASP,PHP,JSP,Asp.net,etc.

Q: How to add ZLS to my website?

A: Click ZLS "Settings"--->"General Settings" --->"Generate HTML Code" --->Copy the HTML codes and add to the bottom of each webpage.
